Dendeng Manis
DENDENG MANIS
Bahan:
300 gram daging has dalam,iris tipis-tipis
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Bumbu:
4 siung bawang merah
1 sdm ketumbar,sangrai
1/2 sdm jintan,sangrai,haluskan
3 sdm air asam jawa
3 sdm air gula jawa
garam dan merica bubuk secukupnya
Cara membuat:
Campur daging dan semua bumbu,diamkan selama 15 menit hingga bumbu meresap.Angkat daging,lebarkan,lalu jemur hingga kering.Potong menjadi beberapa bagian.
Panaskan minyak goreng,goreng dendeng 30 detik angkat dan tiriskan.
